We collect account information you provide during signup, including first name, last name, date of birth, email, and authentication data. We also store service metadata such as selected plan, subdomain, subscription state, and provisioning logs.

2. How We Use Data

We use your data to authenticate accounts, process subscriptions, provision tenant services, maintain platform reliability, and provide support.

3. Account Deletion Requests

You may request account deletion at any time. Once requested, your account is marked for deletion and retained for up to 90 days in case you decide to return. If no return decision is made within 90 days, your tenant Docker container and associated storage volume are deleted from our servers.

4. Retention and Security

We retain information only as long as needed for service operation, legal obligations, and recovery windows. We apply technical safeguards including encrypted authentication tokens and access control for administrative endpoints.
